ReactFast JOINS THE FAST TRACK 100 LIST FOR 2005!

ReactFast – not just fast by name, but genuinely fast by nature!

Not only have we attended some 135,000 same day domestic repairs in the last year, but now we are delighted to announce that ReactFast has today joined the highly prized ranks of the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 list for 2005!

Compiled by Fast Track (an independent research company that tracks Britain's top-performing private companies and entrepreneurs), the Fast Track 100 list is a roll call of the UK’s fastest growing companies by turnover formally measured across a three year period.

Members of the Fast Track 100 list can expect considerable media and investor attention as they are likely to develop as major UK companies in the future.

In the first year of trading ReactFast revenues were £2.9m. In only our fifth year, we expect group turnover to reach £14m. Based on the Fast Track revenues analysis that makes ReactFast the UK’s 88th fastest growing company!

Sponsored by Virgin Atlantic, members of the Fast Track list can also be nominated for additional awards related to branding and management style. These awards will be made at a Fast Track ceremony chaired by Sir Richard Branson at his home in Oxfordshire in May.

This is, of course, a phenomenal achievement and reflects fantastically well on all ReactFast staff, franchisees, sub-contractors, suppliers and associates.

Naturally ReactFast’s plans for 2006 are as big as ever.

As always we’ll be expanding our national directory advertising campaigns, currently a £2m annual spend. But we’re also keen to begin to develop substantial business to business relationships. We’re already managing 100 jobs every week for B&Q and negotiations have begun with a number of insurance companies and other prospects.

Plus we’ll continue to develop our franchising products into additional trades. In our first year of franchising, 2005, we sold 43 plumbing franchises in just nine months with each franchisee, as expected, turning over an average of £2,000 each week and with several already employing additional engineers and buying second territories! We anticipate that franchise sales in 2006 will significantly exceed sales in 2005.

And we’re opening a brand new training establishment in Birmingham. In it’s first year we will provide a minimum of 150 courses in the plumbing, gas, security and electrical trades.

We’re also re-visiting our very successful Home Assist domestic plumbing contract with a view to expanding both it’s scope and attractiveness to customers. With thousands of happy customers already on board we’ll be seeking partners to work with us to distribute this fully in-house product in 2006.

With these high return, low-cost, low-risk investments the ReactFast rocket-ride continues…
