ReactFast feature at the NEC National Franchise Exhibition

ReactFast have been busy growing a franchise network over the last two years that they are extremely proud of and whilst they haven’t always shouted about their success as much as they should have, they are now exhibiting at the national franchise exhibition at the NEC on the 5th and 6th of October 2007 for the first time. 

ReactFast have been into plumbing and drainage for years, they know the industry inside out and that is one of the reasons their franchise offering has been so successful since launching in early 2005.  They now have 43 franchises trading and all of the top ten are on target to turnover well over £100,000 this year.

So why are they so successful? Mick Fitzgerald MD of the training division said “We put a lot of time and effort into designing a plumbing training programme that not only delivers the required qualifications, such as Part P defined scope electrical and city and guilds 6022/6032 plumbing, but also includes the maximum amount of real life experience, it’s great to learn how to solder some pipe in a classroom environment, but what happens if you turn up to a customer who has hammered a nail through a pipe and has water spurting everywhere? – we make sure our franchisees are prepared for almost any eventuality”

Of course having the required plumbing and drainage skills and being kitted out with an impressive van complete with jetting machine and all of the tools and stock to get you started, is no guarantee of success, that’s why one week of the nine week training programme is spent on business skills.  During this week franchisees benefit from ReactFast’s years of experience, in generating the maximum revenue from plumbing and drainage services.  The sales and marketing training covers everything from how to deal with customers to getting the most from your yellow pages advertising and the package includes a significant start up pack of marketing material.

Whilst the training the franchisees receive is in depth and thorough, and the tools, equipment and marketing support are significant, ReactFast understands the challenges of getting started and offers significant assistance in work generation from day one.  Last month ReactFast franchisees earned in excess of £500k and £450k of that was from work generated by ReactFast for the franchisees through their own extensive directory advertising campaign, their industry leading website and various national and local commercial accounts.
